Subject:Please help me figure out this piece - marks and manufacture (pt.1)

I've walked by this bowl several times at a local multi dealer spot and for some reason i can't let it go so today I bought it. There is a seal on the bottom as well as many seal/cartouche in the design on the front as well. I've tried to photograph as much as I could to show them so I will upload as a multi-part to include all photos.
Outer edge feels typically smooth and inner design feels slightly rough.
Transfer?
Export?
Approx age?
Translation of any of the writing?
All input would be greatly appreciated!

I've made it as far as Macau"Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi" - i think.... but any further help would be greatly appreciated!
