I am looking for information on this inside-painted snuff bottle. I believe it is signed Xin Yong Tian with Wuchan Year 1868 or 1928.

From what I understand, Xin Yong Tian was an obscure Shandong school painter in the late 19th/early 20th Century.

Any information on this one?
