Subject:Eight treasures Bowl, Qianlong Mark
Posted By: william Tue, Jan 02, 2018 IP: 66.130.74.157 I'm not sure if you can call this an 8 treasures bowl. I would like to know if this could be from the late qing-republic period. Thanks |

Here's a Guangxu mark & period 10.25 inch diameter plate in the Eight Treasures (Ba Bao) motif, which features Buddhist icons. These were made for presentation to deserving examinees for the imperial civil service if memory serves. |
