Subject:Identifying mark on asian dragon box

Hello
I am trying to get more information on a plated asian dragon box
Can anyone identify the mark and tell mr whether it is chinese or japanese. I would guess chinese
Does anyone know when it might date from. I am guessing early 20th century

The lozenge mark and seal image is rotated 90 degrees to the right of normal reading position, and I'm unsure of what the seal script is in any event. However, the lozenge mark is associated with Hayashi Kodenji (see link). Perhaps idcloisonné knows the reading of the seal mark.
