| Help Identifying artist for Embroidery |

Message I bought this embroidery while overseas in Japan in 2006. Was told it was N. Korean, but you never know. I took a picture of the embroidered artist signature i believe and added the marks i think they make. if anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
