Flying sail, speedy crossing
In March of the Wood-Pig (...1755,1815,1875..) at the Heart of Deep Bamboo 口.
(I can`t read the last character)
In the Ink 口、 Painted by the Old Man Shin`nen
(I can`t read the character in the middle)
Upper seal,
Kokushu (or Tani Shu)
Lower seal,
Shin`nen
Leisure seal,
Dai-shō Ten Hachibun - Great and Small Seal Scripts are the Hachibun*
*(Hachibun; Bafen in Chinese - ancient style Chinese calligraphy)

Inscription on the back,
Shin`nen, Autumn Scenery Landscape

I can`t find artist named Shin`nen.
However, according to the largest Japanese ID dictionary, Sōami 相阿彌 -1525 has used the pseudonym Shinsō 心叟, The Old man Shin.

With regards,
I.Nagy
