Older scroll Calligraphy pls help Identify seals-Chinese/Japanese?

It is Chinese,
Signature on the scroll reads,
普陀山智徳　Zhide of Mount Putuo（Potala)*
* (Mt.Potala at Zhoushan in Zhejiang, one of the Four Sacred Mountains and Bodhimanda of Guanyin)
Upper seal,
河庭智徳　Heting　Zhide　
Heting　 ‐Pseudonym
Zhide　 - Name of a Buddhist monk
Lower (Leisure) seal,
志在山川之間　-　Ambition between mountains and rivers
