Message Jonathan, It's very difficult to tell much from your poor dark and/or blurry photos. The brown glaze around the plate's rim argues for its being a Chinese product. It could be 19th century made at a southern kiln other than Jingdezhen, but it could be 2nd half of 18th century. However, a closeup of the footring with some of the base may help to determine more (in focus and with enough light). An in-focus and adequately lit photo of the plate front would also be helpful.
