Since no one has replied I guess I have to be the one to do so. This dish is a modern fake. It is neither mark and period or Kangxi. The plate is a hodge podge of designs from various periods. The enamel colors are all wrong with fake chatter marks on the base to try to make the dish resemble Kraak wares of the Wanli period. Here's a very sound advice: Avoid purchases of Ming or Qing porcelain items which seems excessively dirty like this one which seem to have just been recovered from a mud pit.
