Hello,
I was wondering if any of the group's experts could help me in identifying these two vases I inherited from my father. He was in the US Air Force and traveled many times around the world, collecting antiques. He most likely purchased these in the Orient in the 1960s.
These appear to be brass, but I�m unsure. There is an impressed mark at the bottom.
Is it possible to interpret from the style and markings their origination and possible age?
