Hello everyone... my mom gave me this vase, all that is known about it is... while digging into a hill in Syria, two vases were discovered, one got broken and this one survived. The interesting part about this is that this hill was a man made one, it was used by the roman's for smoke signals. They had hills like this from Syria all the way to rome. The was found in northern part of syria, and I've been told that there used to be trade routes from China to Rome. I believe this vase is over 2000 years old but can't be sure. Attempts to contact a local musium here fell on deaf ears. There are no stamps of any kind on this vase, but the markings looks chinese. Any help on dating this would be much appreciated. The inside of it is painted and glazed as well.
