I have a Copper? Asian woman head-bust mounted on a black lacquer wood square, the patina of the copper? is blacken. It was acquired by my grandma in Southeast Asia between possibly 1940- 1971, but it may be older. There's an inscription on the base of the neck which I took a picture of. Can anyone help in reading the artist name or identifying the language. It may be Chinese, Old Vietnamese, Pre-French colonial. I was also told by my mother that it may have been one of three women found on a shared currency used in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Thank you.
