Message Sandy, No way to tell where made unless pay for very specific analyzing mineral content. Red (iron-bearing) (ferruginous) clay all over world. No way to tell age by reliable thermoluminescence test because such items often not completely fired or vitrified. 'Mint condition' for such pieces could suggest very recent made.
