Need Help Identifying Japanese 4-panel painted screen

Message
We inherited this 4-panel painted screen that is absolutely beautiful, but would like to know the background information on it. The Hanko on the front has been suggested to be Yoshi Tomo, but I can't find any artist with Yoshi or Tomo in the name that has similar pieces.

We believe this painting is from World War II or before. The back of the piece says PERSIMMON, so i'm assuming that is the title of the piece. there is also what looks to be a unique identifier (with alpha and numeric characters).

Any help you could give we be greatly appreciated.
