Sang de Beouf Vase

Hello Everyone,
We have in our possession a vase which was passed down from my Grandfather who was the British Commissioner for Shanghai Police Force and Shanghai Prison in the 1920's - 1940's.
Upon evacuation in 1942 he brought with him many old Chinese antiquities.
One of these is an 'Ox Blood'('Sang de Beouf'-'Lang Yao Hong') Vase.
We have had this vase looked at by numerous antique dealers and all have been unable to date/authenticate the vases time period.
Apparently a Chinese pottery expert visiting in the 1970's verbally advised my parents that if it had three red vertical lines it was probably a Ming, though he was unable to examine the vase at the time. Yes there are three small red vertical lines inside the neck which appear to be on top of the glaze.
The vases proportions are:
Height: 45cm
Width at base: 22cm
Width at neck: 10cm

I would love to hear opinions and advice
Regards
Angela Agostini
