Message That print was designed by Ito Takashi, originally published by Watanabe in 1929. The title is "Yasaka after Snow, Kyoto". Your copy appears to have suffered from light exposure and perhaps an unfriendly mounting over the years. Click on the link below for a scan of a print in pristine condition.
