Message i don't know one in your area but i will caution you on selecting an appraiser.....they are not all created equal....you need one with extensive experience and one recognized by other experts particularly if there is a chance that you have 18th C. and earlier pieces.....just because someone has been appraising orientalia for 20 years doens't make that person an expert.... believe it or not, i could not find a competent one in my very large metro area but found one in alabama of all places...there are a lot of sonorous self important appraisers and self styled experts who may play the part but who should be tried for malpractice. i can ask my appraiser if she knows anyone in your area....
