Message Hi, In my opinion, it looks like a fairly recent Chinese knock-off of Japanese Imari. The potting, palette and painting all seem off-key. I would imagine that any honorable Japanese potter found guilty of making such an abomination would probably opt to commit seppuku on the spot. Regards, Bill H. Post a Response |
