Bill, she gave herself the name of "the dumb housewife" three years ago, so how can you expect coherence.

Definition of coherence:
The quality or state of cohering, especially a logical, orderly, and aesthetically consistent relationship of parts.

Definition of incoherent:
Without logical or meaningful connection; disjointed; rambling: an incoherent sentence.

Synonyms for incoherent:
1. confused, irrational, muddled.

"Incoherent" fits perfectly.
