Thanks so much for the info that you have provided. I hope that I have the vase turned corrctly so the marks are readable.
Arjan, the only place the glazing is cracked is where the leaves and the gold Viens in the leaves are, it appears that it was a hand painted piece. you can see small inperfections in the vase body itself much like old glass in home built in the same time period.
