Message I am not making any claims here as far as age ( : It did pass your scratch test. The needle left no mark. I was hoping that someone would at the least recognize the style so that I could go from there. You may be right, it may be acid treated. If it were poured, would it still pass the needle test ? The other thing that the pics don't show, is that it is covered with scratch lines that are the same color as the rest of the piece. Perchance root marks ?
