. I recently collected some nice items from China and would like to sell them. I have offered them on e-bay with only limited responses with offers to purchase. Where can I advertise these to sell?
Some information about the robe:The robe is apx. 53 inches tall by 30 inches wide. The backing material is very unusual and the technique to make this material is almost lost. It is made by placing silk worms on home made cloth, and prodding them to keep them moving as they release silk threads. The worm can not make a cocoon and the silk threads are deposited in layer after layer on the cloth. This matting of silk threads makes a type of silk felt (real felt cloth is from wool). After this silk felt is made it is cut into the robe and elaborate hand embroidery work is applied. It takes more than one year to complete one robe.
