Message Hi, that's a post-1970 piece of Chinese porcelain that probably was decorated and refired in Macau or Hong Kong. Because of the lead content of its low-fired colored enamels, the factory had to affix the warning label, as required by laws that were enacted by the USA and some other countries circa the early 1970's.
