| Help with signature on Japanese scroll |

Message alas, not much help here, I can't make out the second character (part of artist's name), the first one being the Chinese "ding" sort of like a capital T with a hook on the bottom, the last two reading "painted this". characters on the seals are not a match for those in the inscription.
