All Chinese porcelain marked like this was made after 1891, when the USA's McKinley Tariff Act of 1890 was implemented, requiring imported products to be labeled with their point of origin.

Your dishes probably were made around the first quarter of the 20th century. In addition to home use, such colorful patterns with contending dragons were favored as restaurant wares to accommodate the Chinese penchant for celebrating auspicious occasions such as weddings and birthdays by holding banquets with their friends and large extended families.

Best regards,

Bill H.
