| Chinese bird & flower painting - tranlation & period?? |

Message Hello. Here's the photos... http://www.flickr.com/photos/23676403@N07/sets/72157625047762531/ I picked this beautiful little (image size 10" x 17") painting up at a thrift store for $26. I removed it from the frame to photograph...looked to me that it was framed in the very early 20th c., but painting looks older. Any idea of age, artist, and/or tranlation on the writing? Thanks.
