Message Stylisitcally this is a 20th century (post-1949) vase. Where it was made is a different question, because if I'm right about the age, it should have a standard Jingdezhen factory stamp if made and decorated there. Instead it has an apocryphal Tongzhi reign mark (Tong Zhi Nian Zhi). Therefore you have multiple choices of where it might have been made and/or decorated, such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and Indonesia, among others. Good luck, Bill H. Post a Response |
