I agree with you about the Thai rubbing. However, I suggest that the other two are actually rubbings from Chinese stone steles. It would be extraordinarily expensive to make copper plates of that size, and one would still find it difficult to achieve the texture of the print.

While these rubbings are becoming rarer as the Chinese government do not encourage the making of rubbings from the stones, they were popular - particularly before the post Cultural Revolution re-emergence of Chinese art and history conservation. The appearance of the scrolls makes me think that these are early 20th C rubbings.
