The mark reads down from the top right in six standard characters as 'Made during the Guangxu Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty' (Da Qing Guangxu Nian Zhi). The Guangxu emperor ruled (when not under detention by the Empress Dowager Cixi) from 1875-1908.

The mark on your vase is consistent with period marks seen on other Guangxu vases of this 'fanghu' form. Here's one in a rare teadust glaze with famille rose enameling. It stands about 12.5 inches tall.

You didn't ask, but depending on size and condition, your vase could be worth a tidy sum if a reputable auctioneer agrees with the mark & period assessment.

Best regards,

Bill H.
