Message Hello Mazzy, YES, NO... I think your plate is European but wait...... don't trow it away now. I am pretty sure your faience plate was made in Hungaria or (nowdays) Slowakia and the mark stands for "Holitsch" If I'm right, it probably dates from the second half of the 18th. century and can be worth more than -lets say- 5 nice Chinese exportplates from the same period.
