Message This not my area of interest as far as woodblock prints is concerned. I prefer the Edo era, but... I can tell you that is early 20th century. Unless it is exceptionally rare, in its present condition, it is worth $50ish maybe. The main damage is a water stain. This can be reduced by restoration. However, I expect that it would cost more for restoration than it would add to the value of the print. Others are more expert on these prints. With luck, someone will respond.
