Message Hi Mary Not wanting to worry you but the only time I have ever seen the term 'Not for Resale' in the UK is on FREE gifts or promotions! Perhaps your plate is something similar? Maybe celebrating the artist's life in someway? Hope this may help. Gary. Post a Response |
