Message This was made from a piece of nephrite jade pebble, probably found around the vicinity of Kunlun Mountain and its structure can be very similar to that of Hetian nephrite jade, but quality and appearance-wise are far inferior. There were quite a few of these modern pebble jade carvings being sold as Hetian jade recently. As long as you did not pay a fortune for it, it would be a good study piece. To find a genuine river jade especially Hetian seed jade would be worth a fortune. GL Super Post a Response |
