Message No, it is an outdoor scene perhaps of Laos or South Vietnam of a man carrying a garden hoe at the end of day to his thatch house built on stilts. He had to cross a thin wooden bridge. There are palm trees to left. A stream runs through the center of the painting. A small wooden boat is in the foreground. There are trees way in the background across the river and large trees behind the house. There are lily pads in the right foreground. The wood frame over which the canvas is stretched is handmade. It is not an oil painting. The painting has a light peach tint. Post a Response |
