Help identify silk painting |

Message Yes, you've got a lot of it right: Chinese picture on silk, for the tourist market, the inscription reading Songyue, "pine moon", which may be the artist's pen name. The first character of the seal mark I am not sure of, the second character (on the left is xiang 香, meaning "fragrance". Style is after Yuan literati such as Huang Gongwang (see his famous Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains handscroll) Post a Response |
