The signature (and seal)reads "Yoshikuni" (美邦). This could be the Meiji artist Ky� Yoshikuni (Yoshikuni II, 1855-1830), but his name was written in a different way (芳国) and certainly not to be confounded with the famous Osaka artist Yoshikuni Toyokawa (active 1813-1840). The attribution of your print to this artist is for this reason uncertain. I searched in Japanese websites for this particular name and found just one print (a sugoroku board print) by an Meiji artist using the same signature
The print itself is a late example of a "surimono" or privately issued print. The subject of a flying bat against the full moon was earlier depicted in "surimono" by artists such as Toyota Hokkei.
