Mark,

Even if genuine first edition, condition is major price-value factor.

Condition:
--margins intact? (no)
--other damage? (yes)
--color faded? (yes)

Compare with an original at link.

Even with some paper size variation and allowing trimmed margin, yours seem smaller than first Kichizo edition in Chuban size, about 20 cm x 28 cm.

Experts may give best advice but looks yours is reprint. Changed blocks or different ones.

If you have minor conservation work for corner, and professional frame in acid-free mat behind UV-filter glass, can still enjoy as example Japanese wood-block prints. Can not reverse damage but can make frameable.

If search web and look often sale catalogs can find other examples sold. Damage reduce value by 50 to 90% compared great-condition print. But later editions from first have much less price-value even when look good.

Good luck,
Cal
