Gyo-zan made", "Gyo" means 'dawn', "zan" means 'mountain', and so these two should be the name of the craftsman or the factory that made the jar, however, about which our authorities have not ever heard.
Meanwhile, there seems to be the famous "Mino" style craft factory in "Tajimi" City (famous as "craft city" in Japan) named "Gyozan-gama" (kama or gama = kiln) established 250 years ago (http://www.mediapark.ne.jp/gyozan/staffbody.html)
