Your miniatures are of Louis XVI of France and his wife, Marie Antoinette. They are identified by the writing on the newspaper scraps: Antoinette and Louis 16.
The one of Louis is after a portrait by Joseph Siffred Duplessis. You can see a photo of this at wikipedia

The painter's name may be the one you show as 'signature' but of course there is no guarantee that the same person wrote that name as did the original portrait.
You need an in-person appraisal of these works.
The subjects and newspaper pieces would have been strong clues that these items have nothing to Asian art, the subject of this message board and of the Forum.
