help identify silk art origination

I received these awhile ago from estate I know nothing about silk art. I'm told these are at least 50 years old. Can anyone read the writng? I know that they may depicture West Lake in China? I'm thinking the red stamp may be a customs stamp out of China. Anyone who be kind enought ot help me learn more, or at least if they were made in US or China, and if they are of value, I appreciate your help very much.
