Heavy furniture of this type has been exported from SE Asia and China in large numbers since the 1920s.

Tastes change over time, and you can find many queries on this site and in the forum about such furniture made by the George Zee Co. factories. There appear to be many more wanting to sell than there are buyers of heavy used furniture.

Reputable auction houses have web sites, and you can send queries by email, enclosing closeups that are much better lit than those on the site you link to. Carving details and construction details (wood joints and hardware), a good overall photo of the front, well-lit (fill the whole area of the photo with the item) so as to show what it looks like would be helpful.
