Characters in "zhuanshu" seal-writing script tend to vary widely in form. With this in mind, I believe your zhuanshu mark may be a version of "Chu Xiu Gong Zhi" (Made for the Palace of Gathering Elegance), No. 1711 in the Gerald Davison "Handbook of Marks on Chinese Porcelain." This mark, but executed in a bolder, more stylized variant of the script, is associated with palace wares made during the Guangxu Era (1875-1908) at the behest of the Empress Dowager Cixi.
