Arita Ware Pitcher

Hi...I recently inherited a blue and white pitcher that my mother bought at a garage sale back in the late 1960's or very early '70s. It says that it is Arita Ware on the bottom of the pitcher. I do have the top to the pitcher but it's wrapped up and in storage.I want to know if this is really Arita Ware? I am assuming it is the 20th century but can anyone please tell me possibly what decade? Also what the value might be. Thank you for your time.
