I inherited a large watercolor of an oriental woman standing in a forest, wearing a long, flowing kimono. She is standing on a rock outcropping playing a lute (or some sort of long-necked string instrument. It must have been purchased sometime in the 1930's. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this artist, even a lst name and any other of his works, books about him, or a bio. Thanks, PCala
