Look like late 20th-century product reminiscent of treebark totai, had similarly scattered cloisonn� motifs but against a rough dark-brown background (also on a porcelain or stoneware body). You may be able to find more about the earlier type by internet search, I believe was made a decade or so either side of year 1900.
Best quality cloisonn� wares will be finely polished, not show striations around item.
