These look like they are without any significant wear from use, which combined with the modern-style of handled cup suggests to me your dishes are fairly contemporary, probably not older than the third quarter of the 20th century. I've seen others in much the same chrysanthemum form and pattern described variously as products of Kutani or Daishoji, the latter being a historically famous kiln village within the greater Kutani area.
This is an instance where the Japanese have used an old Chinese mark on their porcelain, so someone else will have to provide the transcription in Japanese, which I haven't studied formally. However, the mark reads down from the top right in its Chinese translation as "Precious object of rare jade among treasured vessels". It is No 2533 in "The New and Revised Handbook of Marks on Chinese Ceramics" by Gerald Davison.
I checked liveauctioneers.com and found a lot consisting of an 11-inch platter and four cup & saucer sets with the same form, comparable pattern and identical mark that sold for only US$25 two years ago. You might want to check sources such as eBay and web malls like trocadero.com and rubylane.com to conduct your own broader based survey.
Best regards,
