Your vase(?) apparently is a modern issue of "Dayazhai" wares, a group of late 19th-early 20th century Chinese porcelains bearing these marks, which items were associated with the Empress Dowager Cixi. The mark reads "Tian di yi jia chun" and may be translated as "Spring throughout heaven and earth as one family", according to "The New and Revised Handbook of Marks on Chinese Ceramics" (2nd edition) by Gerald Davison.
The mark usually was overglaze in iron red, as shown herewith with the term "Dayazhai" (Studio of Great Elegance), the atelier of the Empress Dowager.
Best regards,
Bill H.
