help identifying seal script mark on chinese porcelain dish

Asking for assistance in identifying or translating this mark. I have not seen a mark with a border like this one. I would assume this piece is a recent replica of a early Ming Period dish. However, there are several factors which may dispute this including glaze contraction pinhole marks that are not uniform and which show debris in the center upon close examination. Also, the piece is imperfect and slightly distorted in shape including a slightly raised center inside the dish. Looking closely you can see the true cobalt pigment heap and pile effect in the design. It appears to be a Sweet White or Tian Bai glaze. This is a solid piece of pottery with a slightly raised foot rim. The design is a three-clawed dragon facing a phoenix. There are three bats decorating the outside of the dish.

Is this a $5 price tag or priceless???

Any help would be appreciated
