Hi! The sign says "九谷 八幡窯”. This is one of most famous Kutani Porcelain in Japan. This is made at Yawata kiln(Yawatamachi, Komatsu-City, Ishikawa-Prefecture, Japan, 923-0954), and is probably made at SHOWA-Era(1925-present). I don't know exact market value but I attach the link to the Japanese Acution site. Those wares are made in same kiln. It seems that the price is not so high. But your porcelain has way better quality therefore price will go higher I guess. Hope this help.
