Hong Kong Vintage Handpainted Screen Advice Needed

Hello,
Happy to find this site and hope to get some advice. I bought a screen at an auction and would like to date and price if possible. It is old, perhaps the 40's and it has a sticker on the back showing:
Art No. 7254
Size 4/9043
Order 82099
Made in Hong Kong

It is 4 feet high and 72 inches across and has branches/birds/flowers and is signed by the artist with a red stamp underneath what I believe is the signature.
Is there a way that I can find out the date, history etc on this screen? I would like to find out the value if any. Thank you so much for any advice.
